Wrinkle Effect:
Wrinkle effect can be
described as creating crease marks on fabric surface permanently by applying
resin finish & then pressuring.
Procedure:
§ Pre-treatment
of garment piece (desizing/normal wash).
§ Treating
the whole garment piece with resin & drying.
§ Mounting
the garment piece on creasing machine to apply pressure.
§ Two
types of pressuring system
available:
§ Spring
pressure creasing.
§ Gas
paddle creasing (pressure-6 kg).
§ Curing
the garments (160-180°C, 5-7 mins).
§ Passing
for further processing.
